fertility & hormone optimization
I’m a women’s health practitioner with formal training in nutrition, mobility & fascia, functional medicine, and naturopathy. Above all, I am a student and explorer of the Creator’s creation — constantly in awe of how God designed our bodies to live harmoniously with nature as self-healing organisms.
My work in this space began as a gymnastics coach, training competitive athletes through mobility, strength, and performance optimization. My passion for biomechanics and physiology led me to earn certifications in functional fitness & mobility training, a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and later a Master’s in Functional and Integrative Nutrition.
Along the way, I pursued trainings in naturopathy, herbal medicine, and root-cause approaches - seeing past the limits of my conventional healthcare training, & cultivating a truly holistic perspective.
My own journey through overcoming autoimmunity, hormonal imbalances, and a laundry list of symptoms revealed to me the bodies ability to heal - when you remove the very things that are creating dis-ease in the first place, and give the body the nourishment and environment it needs to thrive.
Today, I support women globally through natural, root-focused care so they can cultivate health and vitality through their fertility and motherhood seasons.
The health of a home begins with the health of the mother!!!
