We specialize in women's hormonal health both virtually, and in person! We believe that health begins with the health of our mothers (from whom we inherit our mitochondria!) - it is our mission to support women through every step of womanhood, from fertility, to pregnancy, to birth and postpartum, and all the way through menopause with their best health in mind.

Foundations package

We unravel your symptoms, stress & sleep patterns, energy leaks, toxic exposures, detox ability, movement habits, nutrient intake, and light environment to identify areas of opportunity, & guide you towards robust metabolism, balanced hormones, energy, & vibrancy. You'll gain the clarity you need to make confident nutritional and lifestyle choices suited to your unique needs and desires.

  • 1x 60-90 minute onboarding session

  • Lab evaluations - included: HTMA; add ons: recommended bloodwork, GIMAP, DUTCH, OATs, genetics/MTHFR+

  • A 3 month / 12 week individualized protocol with nutritional recommendations, supplement recommendations, lifestyle recommendations

  • 1x 60-90 minute protocol presentation session

  • 1 month of support via practice platform messenger/email

  • 1x 30 minute check-in session at the 1 month mark

  • Opportunity to upgrade to a 3 or 6 month package

The foundations package, plus my guided support throughout every step of your healing journey for the next 3 months. We will navigate your protocol side by side, answering questions, peeling back the layers, investigating, and making adjustments along the way - cultivating your best self through a way of life that works for you, AND your health. This is a hands-on, intimate, transformative experience.​​
