Sydne Anne | Naturopathic Practitioner
NP, MHS FIN, FRCms, HTMA-P, Doula
My name is Sydne! I am a women’s health practitioner, formally trained in nutrition, mobility & fascia, functional medicine, and naturopathy.
I’ve worked in this space for 10 years, starting as a gymnastics coach working with children on mobility, strength, and motor skills, which evolved into training competitive athletes ranging from 6-18 years old.

This lit a passion in me for biomechanics and physiology, and I knew that working with the health of the human body was what I wanted to pursue.

I decided to dive deep into the world of human nutrition in my bachelors degree, because how we nourish our bodies is incredibly foundational.
Along the way, I obtained certifications and trainings in more unconventional routes as I saw so many flaws and gaps in the conventional ways of nutrition and healthcare.

Through my own health journey, I was put through trials and learnings of how to adapt and address autoimmunity, hormonal imbalances, and gut issues through non-conventional routes when my conventional practitioners were at a loss.

I dove head first into the world of natural medicine, regenerative health, and naturopathy, through and alongside my masters degree in functional and integrative nutrition.

I continue to learn that the body is designed to heal, when we give it the environment and resources it needs to do so.

I now work with women globally to resolve their symptoms through natural, root-focused approaches so that they can become their most vibrant and potent selves.
