RN, IHP2

hormone optimization & preconception prep

I’m a registered nurse, integrative health practitioner, and above all, a curious, lifelong student of the body’s innate intelligence. I help women heal naturally by realigning with the body’s original design — using approaches rooted in food, lifestyle, nature, circadian biology, and targeted supplementation to restore hormonal balance and support fertility, energy, and overall wellness.

In 2017, after nearly ten years on antidepressants and birth control, I made the decision to trust my body and step into a different way of healing. Inspired by Kelly Brogan's "A Mind of Your Own", I shifted my lifestyle, nourishment, rhythms, and environment — and watched my anxiety and depression resolve naturally. That experience transformed not only my health, but my entire understanding of what the human body is capable of when symptoms are supported instead of suppressed.

With a background in conventional medicine — including years as a registered nurse in a skilled nursing facility and PCU oncology hospital care — I’ve witnessed both the strengths and the limitations of our healthcare system. This experience gives me a unique perspective, bridging the gap between conventional medicine and holistic care to provide a balanced, integrative approach to healing. After becoming a mother, I stepped away from hospital nursing to stay at home with my girls and devote my life to integrative healing, guided by the belief that the body is divinely designed to heal when given the proper conditions.

My philosophy is rooted in a simple truth: we are nature. And when we live out of rhythm with it — disconnected from the earth, our intuition, and our bodies — dis-ease follows. Healing, then, becomes a process of remembrance, reconnection, and realignment.

I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and guide you along the way.

When I’m not working with women, I’m usually practicing yoga, hiking, cooking, chatting about physiological birth, or walking barefoot in nature with my husband and two girls—living a simple and intentional life.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your natural design, I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
